Hi. I’m Lindsey Bradbury, and I use mindfulness training to teach you to hear what your body is telling you, massage therapy to identify stress and tension points, then through conscious, pattern-interrupting integrated movement, we train your body to do what it’s been dying to do all along - support you in fantastic health.
Here’s how we do it.
The Mind Body Move method places special focus on developing strength, conditioning and mind-body awareness along with correct body alignment – in addition to mobility and relaxation. Whole health happens when mind, body and soul work together like they have been designed to do. Physical, emotional and spiritual trauma can disrupt this perfect dance, causing pain in the body. Through the following mediums, I seek to quiet the noise, bring equilibrium, and allow for optimal communication between mind, body and soul bringing you into alignment with health.
In other words: I re-introduce you to yourself.
Meditation
Mediation is the key to unlocking the power of the body. By tuning in to what our bodies are saying instead of trying to tame its voice with pills and quick fixes, we can get to the root of the problem. Old, ineffective patterns and beliefs are what are causing your pain and frustration, so we need to address them head-on, by consciously introducing new patterns. As we learn to connect with ourselves, we establish the mind-body connection - an integral part of healing.
Intuitive Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy helps in relaxing the body’s nervous system, shifting the body into a state of healing. But it is also an excellent way to assess and map the body’s energetic flow and stagnation points. With the use of energetic intuition I tap into the needs of the body to support the release of “stuck” energy relieving physical pain, mental distress and emotional turmoil, as well as determining the best way forward for your specific body’s healing requirements.
Natural Movement & Mobility
Each body is as unique as the spirit it totes around. There is one thing however, that they all share: The body was made to move as one piece. Having a body that is aligned from crown to sole is essential. It’s what allowed us to move freely as children before we got older and more experienced in life, picking up traumas and patterns that don’t serve us. Our body beautifully adapts to meet us in our brokenness and will be grateful for a reminder of how it was intended to move.

When we approach our symptom as something that needs to be quieted, we lose the most important piece of our communication with the body. To turn up the volume on your body’s voice, we need to pause and check in. All of the tools you need to heal already exist within you. When we connect a mind that knows this, to the body that will bend over backwards to support you, real magic happens.
Establishing a mind-body connection and re-training your body is not an easy fix. But it is a lifelong one. I won’t lie, not everyone is up to this task. But if you are, or think you could be, you’ve found the support you’ve been looking for.
