Natural Movement & Mobility.

Natural Movement & Mobility is a form of exercise therapy that uses a physical education system (MovNat) to teach you how to use movements you were born capable of. I observe and assess movement patterns that are keeping you stuck in pain or restricted in range of motion that are holding you back from doing the things you love most. I guide you in the transformation of your body and the way you feel. You will re-establish healthy movement patterns, build a strong movement foundation, and build a deeper connection to your body, all to support you through all facets of life and to live freely.

This includes tools and techniques to improve physical capability and performance and to deepen your understanding of the mind- body connection. I combine my knowledge and experience of more than 15 years of practicing in the Fitness Industry, Massage Therapy, Mindfulness/ Meditation, Natural Movement Training (L2 MovNat Certified) and being a competitive athlete, to help you explore and bring awareness to your physical limitations that are caused by pain, weakness or fear. Programming is highly individualized because each person is unique and this is not a “one size fits all” approach.

For best results it is recommended to attend these types of sessions one or two times a week.

Massage Therapy/ Intuitive Healing.

Massage therapy techniques and energetic intuition are used to help relieve you from pain and discomfort. I help identify resistance that is residing in the body, giving you the space and time needed to release and let go of tension. The practice of breathing is used as a tool for allowing you to connect deeper to your body.

I offer massage therapy and movement sessions at Bayside Wellness located at 101 Pretty River Parkway, Collingwood. To discuss using massage therapy as a piece of your overall healing journey I welcome you to book a Treatment Strategy Call so we can figure out the best place to start.

Meditation Session

Meditation is the key to unlocking the power of the body. By tuning in to what our bodies are saying instead of trying to tame its voice with pills and quick fixes, we can get to the root of the problem. Old, ineffective patterns and beliefs are what are causing your pain and frustration, so we need to address them head-on, by consciously introducing new patterns. As we learn to connect with ourselves, we establish the mind-body connection - an integral part of healing.

Learn to connect with yourself, and the present moment with guidance. Seek understanding of what it means to live moment by moment, paying attention in a particular way and on purpose, non-judgementally. These sessions are free of charge and offered from a place of loving-kindness and compassion.
