Although we will occasionally touch upon nutrition, sleep, other forms of exercise and recovery that are crucial for fitness, health, well-being, longevity and happiness, you have me as an open-minded, honest, assertive and direct, physically competent, confident and passionate expert and consultant.
I hone the ability to be sensitive to others, thoughtful and tactful, friendly and approachable and I am an active listener. I am a great communicator and it is my duty to earn your trust and respect. I also bring humour, laughter and fun which is the preferred medicine over Tylenol or Advil. I work on the holistic principles of health and know that this is both an inside and outside job. What that means to you is that you get an adaptable, strategic, empathetic, inspiring and enlightened individual with you. I’m also very humble, positive and courageous in my approach and I don’t pretend to hide it either. You will gain self-reliance, self- assurance, a positive mindset, the conscious competence to move with authenticity and the knowledge and understanding of the importance of recovery and self care. I’m committed to helping you to achieve your goals of natural movement for real world capabilities, developing mindfulness and living to your full potential along with developing physical competence by including strength, power, cardio/muscular endurance, coordination, timing, balancing, speed, agility and recovery. I am patient, heartening, supportive, empathetic and motivating so I will be right there with you. We do repetitive movements perfectly in order to create new patterns of the body.
We don’t push to a point of failure, that creates patterns of failure. I understand physical and mental ailments/limitations but also believe we can sit with them mindfully and accept and let go to see more positive growth.
